EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Louise Sullivan
IT Systems Administrator

My Start at The ATP:

I started at ATP as an IT Systems Administrator in 2022, based from the London office.  Coming from four years in a high-level government role, ATP was a huge change for me! My tennis experience went only as far as Wimbledon. I did not expect to be submerged into a whole new side of tennis.

It was not only the number of tournaments that run throughout the year, but of course the IT element. The technology within ATP didn’t just stop at user support. It covered so much more. In addition to the London Office , I also directly support the Monaco office.

Why I Love My Job:

From the very start of this job, there was a lot to β€œlove”! There is a huge focus on work-life balance at ATP and this really helps someone like myself, a woman who is a full-time mother with a full-time career.

There are constant opportunities for learning and personal development, whether through new challenges, or adding to your IT qualifications. Feeling appreciated for your efforts, whether through feedback, promotions, or bonuses. It can boost your enthusiasm and commitment to your role.

Why I Think Someone Should Work For The ATP:

There is generous paid time off with additional mental health days, healthcare plans and amazing Holiday parties. This is just how much ATP cares about their employees’ wellbeing. There are flexible working hours, remote work options, and an emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which makes it easier to manage personal and professional commitments.

Transparent and supportive leadership provide clear vision and direction, while also listening to and valuing employee input. I experience this not only in my own team, but in others. From an IT perspective, this is huge.
