    • Earned 1st FedEx ATP Rankings point at age 21 by qualifying at 2016 Charlottesville Challenger during his senior year at University of Virginia.
    • Posted 109-22 singles record during 4-year college career, helping Cavaliers to 3 straight NCAA team titles from 2015-17.
    • Made tour-level debut at 2017 US Open as 534th-ranked qualifying wild card (l. to eventual finalist Anderson in 1R).
    • Also qualified at 2018 Newport (l. to Granollers in 1R) and 2019 Antalya (l. to Carballes Baena in 1R).
    • Suffers from Type 1 diabetes and had an allergic reaction to acne medication that left him comatose for 3 weeks in 2012.
