Grew up under tutelage of former ATP pro Tom Gullikson in Palm Coast, FL, USA.
Favourite surface is clay,shot is overhead and tournaments are US Open and Houston.
Best friends on tour are Taylor Fritz, Michael Mmoh, Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe.
Idols growing up were Juan Martin del Potro and former NBA star Tracy McGrady.
Enjoys playing pick-up basketball games on tour and says that his favourite active NBA players areJimmy Butler and Russell Westbrook.
Passionate about art and fashion. Enjoys attending art galleries and fashion shows. Says that he hopes to work in the fashion industry following his tennis career.
Fan of Chicago Bears (NFL), Chicago Bulls (NBA) and Chicago Blackhawks (NHL).
Struggled with foot and back injuries in 2015-16 while continuing to grow, contracted mononucleosis in 2018 and underwent hip surgery in 2022.

At 2020 Delray Beach, saved 1 MP vs.Raonic and defeated Nishioka onsame day to win 2nd title.
At 2019 New York, saved 6 MPs and hit 43 aces vs. Isner in SF, then hit 43 more aces vs. Schnur in final to win 1st title.
Upset No. 3 Tsitsipas at 2021 Toronto for biggest win of career and to reach 1st ATP Masters 1000 final.
