    • Former World No. 1 junior broke into Top 20 in January 2023 after posting 4-1 singles record at inaugural United Cup in Australia. Achieved career-high No. 15in June2023 after QF at Queen's Club in London.
    • Defeated 19-year-old Alcaraz in 2022 Hamburg final at age 20, marking youngest ATP Tour final since 2005 Bastad (19-year-old Nadal d. 19-year-old Berdych).
    • Did not drop a set en route to 2nd ATP title at 2022 Naples, defeating countryman and United Cup teammate Berrettini in final on home soil.
    • Advanced to 2021 Roland Garros 4R (l. to No. 1 Djokovic from 2 sets up) and 2022 ATP Masters 1000 Paris QF (d. No. 4 Ruud in 3R for first Top 5 win of career). Reached 2nd Masters 1000 QF at 2023 Monte Carlo where he defeated No. 1 Djokovic in 3R (l. to countryman SInner).
