Nickname is Rampras because he serves similarly to Pete Sampras. Admired Sampras and Boris Becker growing up.
Began playing tennis at age 4.

Won Indiana state tennis title at Carmel High School.
Played 1 semesterofcollege tennis, helping University of Illinois to 32-0 season and NCAA team title in 2003. Also won NCAA doubles title with Brian Wilson.
Graduated from Indiana University East in December 2017. Completed coursework while playing on tour.
Ownsa house in Northern California and serves as volunteer assistant coach for men's tennis team at University of California, Berkeley.
Favourite play is serve-and-volley and surface is grass.

Founded EntouRaj for Kids, which promotes youth tennis and funds high school teams in Indiana.
Held 3rd-annual EntouRaj Kids’ Clinic in November 2019, attracting about 50 high school players.

Became World No. 1 in doubles on 3 October 2022, passing his partner Salisbury after 26 consecutive weeks as World No. 2.
Won 2021 and 2022 US Open titles w/Salisbury in 21st and 22nd appearances at his home Grand Slam event, becoming 2nd repeat US Open champions in Open Era (also Woodbridge/Woodforde in 1995-96).
Captured 2020 Australian Open title w/Salisbury, setting an Open Era record with 1st Grand Slam men’s doubles championship in his 58th appearance.
Also at Australian Open, won 2019 and 2021 mixed doubles titles w/Krejcikova and advanced to 2021 men’s doubles final w/Salisbury.
Two-time Newport singles champion (2009, 2015), 2-time Nitto ATP Finals doubles finalist (2016 w/Klaasen, 2021 w/Salisbury) and 5-time ATP Masters 1000 doubles champion (3 w/Salisbury, 1 w/Granollers, 1 w/Klaasen).
